Dr. Moses Batwala is a highly skilled specialist in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, and IVF with over two decades of experience. He currently serves as the Clinical Lead at the IVF Department of Al Moosa Clinics & Day Surgery Center in Dubai, a position he has held since August 2024. Dr. Batwala earned his MBChB with Distinction in Biochemistry from the University of Leeds in 2001 and undertook specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Sheffield, UK. In 2009, he became a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG).
Specializing in Subfertility since 2010, Dr. Batwala completed his Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) and became a Consultant in 2013. That same year, he was appointed as a Research Fellow at the University of Oxford, where he pursued an MSc in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, focusing on health economics and quality of life for IVF patients in the UK.
Transitioning to private practice in London in 2016, Dr. Batwala held various senior roles, including Medical Director across London, Dublin, and the Cayman Islands. He also served as Group Medical Director for the largest IVF provider in Ireland, managing multiple clinics and consultants.
In October 2024, he was awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRCOG), recognizing his expertise and contributions to the field. He is a recognized trainer and member of the British Fertility Society (BFS) and has authored peer-reviewed papers on fertility topics, particularly in Pre-implantation Genetic Testing (PGT). Dr. Batwala’s calm, patient-centered approach makes him a favorite among patients.
